Donna Grew up in Illinois. She graduated from high school and attended Nursing School. She moved out west after graduation and married Victor Ray Cornwall. They had three daughters, four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Duane on January 1, 2005; and sisters, Bernadine Vearier in 1965 & Rosalie Walters in 1986. Brother Walter C Joseph joined them October 2, 2006, Eugene Joseph in December 2006 and sister Velva Mayhew on May 11, 2007.
