Donetta Thatcher Waddoups, 51, died Wednesday at 6 p.m., at her home after a lingering illness.
Born April 30, 1029, in Thatcher, Idaho, daughter of Nathan D. and Rachel Folkman Thatcher. Married Max Emerson Waddoups in Salt Lake City Oct. 22, 1932. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, past president of Murray Junior High PTA, vice president of the Murray council of PTA. Attended schools in Logan and Salt Lake City.
Survivors; husband, sons and daughters, Mrs. Stephen J. (Sandra) Whalen, Sparks, Nev.; Max E. Jr., Salt Lake City; Reginald, Murray and Nancy Waddoups, Murray; two grandchildren; brothers and sisters, N. D. Thatcher Jr., Eulalia Thatcher, Mrs. Alfred (Fleda) Hafen, LaVar W. Thatcher, Clayton L. Thatcher, all of Salt Lake City; J. Kenneth Thatcher, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Mrs. William H. Watson, Macon Ga.
