Serina Terese Clark, 28, of Fairacres passed away on Friday August 27, 2010. Serina was born on February 02, 1982 in Las Cruces to Robert H. Clark and Betty R. Clark. Before her passing, Serina worked for Discovery Daycare, Celebrate Stores and also for Pic Quik Stores.

She is survived by her parents Robert H. Clark of Las Cruces and her mother Betty R. Clark and her companion Reymundo Gutierrez, who Serina affectionately called "Apa" of Fairacres; her three sons, James, Joseph and Jacob Clark of Fairacres. As well as her sister Bobbie Julene Clark and her companion Mike Hogue and her future twins babies of Las Cruces, and the father of her children James I. Padilla of Las Cruces.

She is also survived by her maternal grandmother Teresa B. Rubio; by her godparents Albert and Tina Casares; and her maternal uncles and aunts, Sal Rubio of Killeen,TX, Elia Gonzalez and companion Sal Anaya of Las Vegas, NV, Narda Anderson of Killeen, TX, Leonel and Lisa Rubio of Molene, IL, Tina and husband Albert Casares, Manuel and Christina Rubio, Marie and husband Ralph Hermosillo, Marta and her husband Tim Gutierrez, Lorenzo Rubio and companion Jennifer Johannsmeir, Martin and Brenda Rubio, Santiago and Cynthia Rubio and Johnny and Maria Rubio all of Las Cruces.
Her paternal uncles and aunts, Willie Clark, Eva and her husband Orlando Lopez of San Ysidro, Eddie Clark and wife Viola of Dona Ana, David Clark, Charlie Clark and his wife Suki, Lucy and her husband Julian Barraza, Mary and her husband Sammy Sarabia, Nancy Hernandez, Johnny Clark and his wife Vicky, Viola and her husband Robert Rueda of El Paso, TX., Dahlia Clark and Edward Clark, and numerous cousins from both sides of the family.

She is also survived by her extended family, Reymundo and Brynda Gutierrez of Henderson NV, Chris and Diane Gutierrez of Ganado, AZ, Ralph and Marie Gutierrez of Albuquerque, NM, Martin and Susan Gutierrez of Las Cruces, Catherine Wood and companion Ricardo Abuhilu of Albuquerque, NM and last but not least, her adopted niece and nephews Kristina Vasquez, Martin Gutierrez Jr., and Stevie Rey Gutierrez.

Serina was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Willie and Manuela Clark, her maternal grandfather Salvador R. Rubio in 2008, and her uncle Ramon B. Rubio in 1998.

Calling hours will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday September 01, 2010 with the recitation of the rosary to begin at 7 p.m. at La Paz-Graham's Funeral Home, 555 W. Amador Ave. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church, 100 South Espina on Thursday, September 02, 2010. The rite of committal and interment will follow at Masonic Cemetery, 760 S. Compress.

Serving as casket bearers, will be Manuel B. Rubio, Lorenzo B. Rubio, Martin B. Rubio, Santiago B. Rubio, Nicholas A. Rubio and James I. Padilla. Honorary pallbearers will be Serina's sons, James, Joseph and Jacob Clark.
