She was born March 21, 1929, in Greene County, the daughter of the late Eli and Josie Henson Felty.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Price; daughter, Ruthann Bowen; sister, Grace Bennett; and grandson, Dale Bowen.
She was a volunteer for the Senior Bees and made quilts for their fund-raisers. She made lap quilts for the nursing homes and cancer caps for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and other cancer patients.
She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Shirley Meersseman of White Lake Township, Mich., Shelby and Danny Martin of Paragould; sisters, Alma Mohr of Jonesboro, Van Pierce and Ruth Tindall; and brother, Buck Felty, all of Paragould; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Her life was celebrated in Heath Colonial Chapel. Interment was in Finch Cemetery.
