George F Lauffer, 77, of 254 Prairie Terrace, Haines City, died Tuesday at Marrow Memorial Hospital in Auburndale.
A native of Portage, Pa., he moved to Haines City 10 years ago from Johnstown, Pa. A Protestant, Lauffer was a retired steel worker a U S Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Lauffer, Haines City, his son, Bruce, Warminster, Pa, his daughter, Jeanne Baker, Hagerstown ,Md, his brother, Charles.
