Emeley's 3rd marriage to I. J. Gunkle, July 31, 1911 in Dallas Co. Mo. He was about her age.
She was never married to Jefferson Gunkle, born 1888. She had Children, William, John, Jane. Mary, Nancy. ~
By 1860, Ellen's family had moved from Indiana to Green, Dallas, Missouri. Her father was a farmer. She married Henry Coatney June 17, 1866, in Dallas County, Missouri. In 1900, they were living in Lincoln, Dallas, Missouri. She was working as a nurse and reported that she had 8 children, of which 5 were living. She listed that she was widowed, but Henry was living with his daughter, Nancy Mann and grandson Dave. She married John Dietrich January 1, 1907, in Dallas County, Missouri. In 1910, Emily once again listed herself as widowed with 12 children, of whom 5 were living. She was working as a farmer.
July 31, 1911, she married Ila Jefferson Gunkle in Dallas County, Missouri.* She was listed on Henry's death certificate in 1913, as the informant. She and Jefferson moved to Oklahoma.
