Tracy S. Thompson, 46, of Oaklandon, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008. He
was born June 5, 1962 in Noblesville to Allen and Marsha (Winter) Thompson.
Tracy was a 1981 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and served in the U.S. Navy
from 1981 – 1984. He worked as a Master Assembler for Carrier Corp., with over
13 years of service. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and working in the
yard. He is survived by wife Janice L. (Routon) Thompson of Oaklandon; father
Allen Thompson of Fortville; siblings: Jeffrey A. Thompson of Fortville;
Christopher D. Thompson of Ingalls; and sister Penny Goff of Fortville; daughter
Kalyn of Oaklandon; stepdaughters Jamie (Anthony) Barnes of Fishers and Yolanda
Williams of Oaklandon; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He
was preceded in death by his mother.

in Fortville on Friday, December 19, 2008 from 4 to 8 pm. A celebration of
Tracy's life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 10 am at the funeral
home. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
