Mrs. Eleanor Rowe
Services for Mrs. Eleanor C. Rowe, 84, of Culver, Ind., a former Portsmouth resident are to be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Daehler Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Sharp officiating.
Mrs. Rowe died at 8:45 p.m. Saturday, at Plymouth, Ind., following a brief illness.
A longtime resident of Pittsburg, Pa., she was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church at Culver.
Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew, in 1957, she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Esther Jones of Plymouth, Mrs. Bertha Jones of Culver, Mrs. Bessie Herlinger of Johnston, Pa., Mrs. Ellamae Rowe of Phoenixville, Pa., and Mrs. Ruth Ferm of Etha, N. H.; two sisters, Mrs. Cornelius Russell and Mrs. J. Edward Butler both or Portsmouth; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial is to be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight
