Mrs. Eckenrod, 31, of Box 620A, East Freedom RD 1, died at 6:55 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, 1990, as the result of injuries suffered in a two vehicle accident in King. Mrs. Eckenrod was employed as a waitress at Hoss's Best Western Inn, Bedford. She was born May 27, 1959, in Altoona, the daughter of Donald G. and Cornelia (Dively) Clark, and June 25, 1983, in Reservoir, married Bernard L. Eckenrod.
Surviving are her husband, a daughter Meagan Marie, at home; and two stepsons; Shawn Paul Eckenrod and Ben Robertson of Altoona. Also surviving are her mother and stepfather, Donald Yocum of Hollidaysburg RD 1; her father and stepmother, Mary Clark of East Freedom; a brother and sister: Dixie Palmer of Ducansville and Donald of Altoona; and three half-sisters: Gail Stern, Tracey Clark and Holly Clark of East Freedom. Mrs. Eckenrod was a member of the Leanersville Church of the Brethren. She was a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg.
ECKENROD --- Services for Annette M. Eckenrod of Box 620A, East Freedom RD 1, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Plank & Stitt Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by the Rev. Alfred Chamberland. Interment at Geeseytown Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Plank & Stitt Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg. Preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Marie, who died April 11, 1986. Also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
