Elizabeth was buried in the cemetery formerly in the Worcester town common, and she is included in an epitaph transcription of the yard. Interrments and surviving gravestones there (they were laid flat and buried in 1853) were transferred to Hope Cemetery in the 1960s.

12/15/12: There are only 17 stones left in this cemetery and Elizabeth Howe is not one of them. Also her name is not listed among those moved to a mass grave at Hope Cemetery.
