(Mary) Blake; six grandchildren, Jason (Erin) Creviston, Corey Fruits, Cameron Fruits, Brandon Blake, Toby Blake, and Brittany Lach; great granddaughter, Makenzie Creviston; and brothers, Gene (Mary Ann) Roberts and Claude (Ruth) Roberts.
