Leah Morrison Bodily, 93, passed away at home on August 25, 2010.

She was the sixth of 10 children born to Alma Morrison and Amy Leah Gregory in Franklin, Idaho on November 16, 1916.

She attended school in Franklin and also spent two years at Utah State University. She married Elvin Parley Bodily on June 9, 1937 in the Logan LDS Temple. He died in 1981.

She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, gardening, and preparing family histories and pictures for her family. For over 30 years she worked at Grand Central.

She was an active member of the LDS Church and taught the precepts of the Gospel to her family. She was also involved in the Extraction Program at Riverside Stake.

Her family was most important to her. She is survived by five children: Fern (Lawrence Jay) Stokes, O'Dell (Sheri), Richard (Maxine), Kevin (Renae), and Shayla (Thomas) Dunroe; 21 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren, with four more on the way; two brothers, Alma and Dilworth; and two sisters, Mary Louise Adams and Laretta (George) Banks.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four sisters, one brother and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Bountiful 26th Ward Chapel, 200 North 200 West, Bountiful. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening August 31, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Wednesday 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the church prior to services.

Interment-Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
