Survivors include his wife, Emma Belinge of Colmesneil; daughter, Debbye Stewart of Delaware; sons, Terry Belinge of Dallas and Shawn Belinge of Delaware; step-children, Lydia Whitmire, Eddie Kondos, Linda Ocasio, Louis Kondos and Mary Haslitt all of Vidor, Dawn Stone of Beaumont and George Kondos, Jr., of Florida; brother, Terry Kramer of LaPorte; sisters, Sandra Smith of Livingston and Yvonne Lee of LaPorte; 23 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
