Frances Berry Street

Frances Berry Street, 113, walked thru the valley of the shadow of death on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Grace Nursing Home in aAsheville, NC.
Born March 28, 1897 in Greenville County, SC to the late Newton and Manzy Berry, she lived in Asheville most of her life. Also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Street, she was the last survivor of her immediate family. Mrs. Street was a retired LPN.
Surviving are two nieces, Sue B. Hallums (J.B.) of Greenville and Mary B. Pressey (Corbin) of New Haven, CT; a nephew, Joe Louis Berry (Lorine) of Greenville; many great and great great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday, August 27th at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Hart Funeral Service 60 Phifer St. Asheville, NC and other times at the home of her niece, 1408 Ridge Road in Greenville.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, August 28th, 1 p.m. at Greenville Memorial Gardens. An online memorial register is available at www.hartfuneralservice.com
