Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Blooming Grove for Reuben Allen Carroll, 87, resident of Blooming Grove, who died Thursday morning at the Corsicana Nursing Home. The Rev. Leroy Reaves and the Rev. Roy Davis will officiate, with burial following at Dresden Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Bertie Carroll of Blooming Grove; a son, Charles Carroll of San Francisco, Calif., a step daughter Mrs. Amy Lou Adcock of Corsicana; a step son, J. W. Frederick, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was a retired farmer and native of Dresden.
Arrangements are with Ballard Funeral Home in Blooming Grove.
