Charles "Billy" Way, 83, of Pleasureville, Ky., died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at The Richwood in La Grange, Ky.

He was the son of the late Jennings Bryant and Jessie (Simpson) Way.

Survivors include his wife, Gertrude (Abbott) Way of Pleasureville; five daughters, Vicky Bryant of Shelbyville, Ruth Ann Moses of Dawson, Ala., Sissy Rice of Louisville, Ky., Pam Willett of Tampa, Fla., and Mary Snow of Lockport, Ky.; six sons, William Bryant Way of Fairfield, and Charles William Way, David Daniel Way, Jeff Davis Way, Robert Franklin Way and Charles Lee Way, all of Pleasureville; 29 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Services are at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, Aug. 25, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Nick Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Sulphur Cemetery.

Charles "Billy" Way, 83, of Pleasureville, Ky., died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at The Richwood in La Grange, Ky.
