His second wife was Eda Joy CAPLE McDiffett who in married in April 1922 in OK. Their children together were: Vernon Purl and Billie Caple PURDUE.
The family always said that Harry was a well liked man. He passed away at the age of 35 from diabetes. His youngest boys were only 2 years and 3 months old.
