Ethel C. Joiner, 83, St. Augustine, died August 21, 2010 at Flagler Hospital. She was a native and life-long resident of St. Augustine. She was a homemaker and she was a longtime member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday August 28, 2010 at the First Church of the Nazarene 6 May Street, with Pastor Tom Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Friday August 27, 2010 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn Shugart and her husband, Butch, Waycross, GA, Janice Mariotti and her husband, Neil, Mac Joiner and his wife, Pat, Tommy Joiner, Ron Joiner and his wife, Angie, all of St. Augustine; one sister, Martha Jones, St. Augustine; one brother, Earl McClellan, Sarasota; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmore Joiner.
