Obituary - Harold Brown
Harold Brown, the son of Clyde and Jessie Brown, was born August 10, 1905 at Fairbury, Neb., and died at the Lynch clinic in Fairbury, Neb., on Nov 2, 1963 at the age of 58 years.
On Sept 25, 1929 he married to Klo Aileen Lowrey of near Centerville, Iowa and to them two sons were born.
Harold had been an employed of the Fairbury Light and Water department since April 22, 1927, and also was engaged in a sewing machine business for the past several years.
He was a member of the Bible Church at Friend.
Survivors include his wife, Klo; sons, Donald Lowrey Brown of Minneapolis, Minn., and Richard Forrest Brown of Fairbury; granddaughter, Jana Lynn; mother, Mrs. Jessie Brown of Fairbury; brother, Glen Brown of Daykin; sisters, Mrs. Leta Howe of Junction City, Kas., and Mrs. Thelma Hertzel of Las Angeles, Calif., nieces and nephews and friends.
Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon with Rev. R. S. Peterson of Lincoln officiating in the First Baptist church. Burial was in the Fairbury cemetery. Pallbearers were Allen C. Gifford; C. P Buller of Lushton; Dick Schuster of Friend; Raymond Bender of Fairmont; Russell Thompson of Lincoln and Paul F. Shaner of Geneva.
