MORTON - Mildred E. "Millie" Hudson, 82, of Morton passed away on Tuesday, Jan 21, 2014, at her home.
She was born on Jan. 18, 1932, in Peoria, to Sherman and Minnie Cline (nee Wallen).
Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Henry L. Hudson of Morton; son, Daniel (Sherry) Hudson of Wheaton, Ill.; sister, Eva Braker (nee Cline) of Deer Creek; and granddaughter, Katia Hudson of Morton.
She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Hudson; her brothers, Sherman Cline and Robert Cline; and sister, Esther Cronk (nee Cline).
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at First Mennonite Church of Morton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TAPS animal shelter in Pekin , WTVP public television of Peoria or Menno Haven Camp and Retreat Center of Tiskilwa.
The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
