Albert served in World War I, he enlisted May 27, 1918, 158 Depot Brigade to 1 July 1918; Co E 309 Engineers to 8 July 1918; Co F 336 Infantry to 5 Oct 1918; Co C 363 Infantry to Discharge Private American Expeditionary Forces 1 Sept 1918 to 1 Apr 1919. Honorable discharge 24 Apr 1919.
