Hannah Elizabeth was born on August 1, 1991 in Louisville, Kentucky to Christopher Kemp Graves and Kimberly Dawn Aubin. She was the oldest of four children. Her three siblings were Makalah Dawn Graves, Leah Alexandra Graves, and a stillborn named Ethan Christopher Graves. On February 26, 1997, she got off of the school bus at her home on Juanita Drive. The bus driver did not notice she was still crossing the road and accidentally ran over her, which led to her perishing.
