Funeral services for Roy Orbin Pace were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2002 at First Baptist Church of Olla, LA with Revs. B.G. Dyess and Milton Wilson officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pineville, LA.
Mr. Pace, age 79 [sic 78] of Olla, LA [died] Friday, February 1st at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Olla, LA, was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member for 50 years, and Past Master of Georgetown Lodge #203 and Charles F. Buck Lodge #260 Past District Deputy Grand Master of the 5th Masonic District. He was a charter member of the Barak Shrine Temple of Monroe and past president of the Winn Shrine Club.
Survivors are his wife, Aileen Pace of Olla, LA; two daughters, Charlene Walters of Olla, LA and Murlene Richards of New Tazewell, TN; five grandchildren, Elaine Haddad of Memphis, TN, Charles Roy Walters of Olla, LA, Leha Clark of Monroe, LA, Brian Parker of Winnfield, LA and
