Obituaries
Following a lengthy illness, Henry Schott, passed away at the home of his son Edward Schott, Erbsville, on Monday. Deceased had been a resident of the county for some time and was born in Germany about 85 years ago. For the past 23 years he suffered from blindness. Surviving are the widow and ten children, Mrs. John Pepper, Elkton, Mich., John of Grimsby, Mrs. John Rahn of Canboro, William and Mrs. Ervin Rickert of Kitchener, Mrs. Richard Arndt of Waterloo, Henry of Mannheim, Abraham, Edward and Noah of Erbsville. There are also 28 grandchildren and four great grand-children. The funeral will be held on Thursday at one thirty o'clock from the residence of his son Edward Schott, Erbsville, to the Erbsville church for services and thence to the cemetery for interment.HENRY SCHOTT
The death took place at the home of his son, Edward Schott at Erbsville on Monday of Henry Schott, a resident of the county for many years. Deceased, who was born in Germany was aged 85 years. The past 35 years he was afflicted with blindness. The funeral took place this (Thursday) afternoon from the home of his son to the Erbsville church and cemetery for service and interment.
There survive a sorrowing widow and ten children, namely: Mrs. John Pepper, Elkton, Mich; John of Grimsby, Mrs. John Rahn of Canboro, William and Mrs. Irvin Rickert of Kitchener, Mrs. Richard Arndt of Waterloo, Henry of Mannheim, Abraham, Edward and Noah of Erbsville. Also 28 grand children and four great grand children
