Aubrey E. "Bud" Denny, 82, of 313 W. Cowlitz Ave., Castle Rock, died Oct. 12, 1977, at the VA Hospital in Vancouver. He was born Sept. 28, 1895 in Toledo, lived in the local area for the past 25 years and was a retired railroad engineer for Weyerhauser after 36 years of employment. He was a past commander of the American Legion in Castle Rock and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife Zina at home; two sons, Donald of Portland, Aubrey Jr. of Camp Pendleton, Calif., six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
