Joseph Francis Clawson, 67, of [address redacted] S. Park Avenue, died Friday, December 29, 1950, in a local hospital. He came to Tacoma from Fort Dodge, Iowa 50 years earlier and was a former member of the Teamsters' Union. Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 2, 1951 at 2:00 PM in the Cassedy & Allen chapel, with the Rev. Carl A. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy, of the home; three sons, Patrick, Frank and Buster Clawson, and a sister, Mrs. Dora Menter of Puyallup, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
