Census: 1900, age 2, Carthage, Jasper county, Missouri with parents, father a dentist, living at 125 south Garrison avenue.

Census: 1910, age 12, Carthage, Jasper county, Missouri with parents at 1307 south Garrison avenue.

She was educated in the local public schools, graduated in Class of 1916 then off to Lindenwood School for Young Women, then to Sweet-Briar College in Virginia and got a degree from Unversity of Missouri, doing her graduate work at University of Wisconsin, Washington Univerity, Saint Louis and University of Colorado.

Census: 1920, age 21, Carthage, Jasper county, Missouri with parents at 1307 south Garrison avenue.

Christine's only child was the outstanding Missouri state senator, Richard Melton Webster, serving Missouri forty-two years, from 1948 till death in 1990! She was our English teacher at Carthage high school, following in the foot steps of Esther J Pratt.

Except for short period of marriage, she lived in family's home at 1307 south Garrison avenue until following WW II when Colonial Apartments were built by Luke J Boggess', B & G Construction company, at 406 Walnut street, apartment 13, living in a large unit, which was combined from two apartments.

City Directories, 1941, 1947 and 1950 a teacher in public school (high school english) home at 1307 south Garrison, avenue with son & mother 1941, son only, 1947 till 1948.

A memorial scholarship fund was set up in her name to benefit Missouri Southern State College, which her son was the leading party getting it created.
