Mr. Joseph Jackson Anderson, died 20 August 1947, aged 78 years, who made his home with the families of his sons at Ingleside since the death of his wife January 20, 1946, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. A. O. Bryant in Jackson Sunday afternoon, and his remains were buried from the home of his son Hugh Anderson in Port Gibson at four o’clock Monday afternoon with interment in Wintergreen Cemetery.
Deceased was a member of the Ingleside Baptist Church, and the pastor, Rev. A. E. Hamilton, officiated.
