Edna A. Danielson Bloomquist, 95 of Nampa, Idaho, and formerly of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, died Sunday, June 10, 2001, at a Nampa care center. Funeral services were held June 14 at the College Church of the Nazarene in Nampa. Burial was in the Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa. She was born on March 20, 1906, in Rothsay. She married Albin Bloomquist on March 20, 1946, in Rothsay. The couple made their home in Fergus Falls until 1958, when they moved to Nampa. Mr. Bloomquist died in 1982. She is survived by her son, Ralph (Patty) Bloomquist of Nampa; step-children, Gorden (Marjory) Bloomquist of Scobey, Mont., Alice Garrett of Roseburg, Ore., Merritt (Vi) Bloomquist of Nampa, Doris (Alfred) Rowe of Fort Benton, Mont., and Deloris (Tom) Waller and Marvin (Wanda) Bloomquist of Nampa; 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, her twin, Elna Westfall, Florence Simmer and Edith Adelsman, all of Fergus Falls. Alsip and Persons Funeral Home of Nampa was in charge of arrangements.
