Fletcher (Staff) -- Funeral for Jamie Lynn Farley, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Farley, will be at 2 pm today [25 Oct 1975] at the First Baptist Church. Rev. Stanley Padgett and Rev. Jerry Mansholt, pastors of the Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Chickasha[, Oklahoma], will officiate. Burial will be in [the] Fletcher Cemetery under the direction of Robbins Funeral Home.

The infant was born [on] Sept[ember] 29[, 1975] in Lawton[, Oklahoma] and died [on] Thursday [23 Oct 1975] in Children's Memorial Hospital [in] Oklahoma City[, Oklahoma].

Survivors in addition to the parents include: maternal grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Igo [of] Cement[, Oklahoma] and paternal grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Phil Farley, and Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Nash, all of Lawton[, Oklahoma]; paternal great-grandparents: Mrs. James T. Reed [of] Lawton[, Oklahoma]; and paternal great-grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Stoll [of] Indiahoma[, Oklahoma]; maternal great-grandmothers: Mrs. John Igo [of] Cement[, Oklahoma] and Mrs. Sears Kick Sr [of] Anadarko[, Oklahoma].
