Alfred W. Weierbach, 82, of Twin Oaks Nursing Home, Campbelltown, and formerly of Annville, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2006, at the home. He was the husband of Florence I. Gerberich Weierbach and celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on Oct. 16th. Born in Heilmandale on August 27, 1923, he was the son of the late John Sr. and Elizabeth Royer Weierbach. He retired as a carpenter in 1985 from the former Miller Bros. Lumber Yard, Lebanon. He was a member of the Salem Walmer’s Lutheran Church and he enjoyed camping and boating. In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Alfred W., husband of Debra Weierbach of Lebanon; his daughter Dorothy, wife of Dennis Krall of Annville; brothers Mark Weierbach of Annville, Warren Weierbach of Lebanon and Ray Weirbach; and sisters Miriam, wife of Charles Ziegler of Sebring, Fla., Ethel, wife of Eugene Lippert of Lebanon, Elizabeth, wife of John Diebus of Lebanon, and Marcella Weierbach of Palmyra; and three grandchildren, Debra, Dwylan and Carrie Krall. He was preceded in death by a brother John A. Weierbach Jr. and sisters Mildred Shirk, Annetta Hitz and Allegra Weierbach. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
