Georgia Ann Moppins, 95, of Buckeye died Jan. 13, 2006, in Goodyear.
Mrs. Moppins was born June 25, 1910, in Hope, Ark. She came to Arizona in 1942 and settled in the West Valley, where she worked as a caregiver. She was a longtime member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home, 104 Baseline Road in Buckeye. A service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 501 E. Mahoney in Buckeye. The Rev. Richard Burrell will officiate.
Interment will be at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park.
