Charlotte M. Diaz, 92, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Friday at Saint Francis Nursing Home. Services will be at 11am Monday at Lindenwood Christian Church, where she was a member, with burial at Memorial Park. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a member of King's Daughters and served as a volunteer nurse at Kennedy Veteran's Hospital during WWII. Mrs. Diaz, the widow of Ramon Diaz, leaves a son, Ramon Diaz, Jr. of Memphis; a sister Theda Phillips of Arlington, seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild. The family requests any memorials be sent to Lindenwood Christian Church.
