LATTA - Mrs. Emma H. Bass, 83, a retired school teacher and merchant, died Tuesday at her residence.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Latta Baptist Church. Burial will be in Antioch Church Cemetery, Marion County, directed by Kannaday's Funeral Home.
Miss Bass was born in Marion [now Dillon] County, a daughter of the late Addison J. and Mrs. Ellen Watson Bass.
Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews.
