Batallion. After war worked for the Postal Service & served in U.S. Army Reserve till 62. Retired in '73 and moved to Fairfield Bay, Ar. He died there at his home. Survivors, son, Jerry Abrams, Ottumwa,IA;daughter Nancy of Florissant, Mo; 2nd wife Elizabeth JoAnn Huisman of Fairfield Bay.
