Fannie W. Narron Harper, 93, of Marshall, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Rev. Lanny Funchess and William W. Harlow will officiate. Pianist Sheila Countryman will play "Amazing Grace," "How Great Thou Art" and "In the Garden." Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Pallbearers will be Richard Collins, Donnie Collins, Rusty Wilder, P.J. Wilder, Brad O'Neal and Montie Mikle. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials are suggested to Fitzgibbon-Mary Montgomery Hospice or Calvary Baptist Church.

Born Jan. 17, 1910, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late W.L. Narron and Belle Gladys Knox Narron. In 1938, she married James Dennis, who preceded her in death. On May 8, 1962, she married Bob Harper, who preceded her in death Jan. 25, 1997. She had lived in Marshall since 1997, moving from Carrollton. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Marshall. She was a retired attendant at the Marshall Habilitation Center and was a homemaker.

Survivors include one daughter, Lois Childers of the home, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters, including a twin, Annie Mikle.
