LaVonda Mae Conley Ackerson, 76, of 1005 S. Eighth St. passed away Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, at Pekin Hospital.
Born November 1, 1933 in Bellevue to Leslie Sanford Conley and Lola Lee (Lingle) Conley, she married Glen Ackerson. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Chuck Conley and Wayne Conley; and one sister, Bernadine Scurlock.
Surviving are three daughters, Francies (Mark) Bahling Wolfe, Lola Ackerson and Deborah (John) Harrison; and four sons, Leslie Ackerson, Robert Ackerson, John Corp and Raymond Corp.
LaVonda was a homemaker.
Burial will be in Woodrow Cemetery in rural Pekin.
