Marion Fry Funeral Rites At Reichert (from MillieBelle)
Funeral service for Marion Fry, 49, of Heavener, who died Thursday at an Oklaohma City hospital, was held at 2pm Satruday at the Reichert Baptist Church with Rev. O.J. Looper and Rev. Paul McDaniel officiating.
Burial was at Reichert Cemetery by Dowden Funeral Home.
A lifelong area resident, Mr. Fry was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Reichert Baptist Church. He was born at Hughes, September 18, 1918.
Marion married Dorothy White May 6, 1939 at Lone Pine, Oklahoma.
Survivors include his wife; two sons; four daughters; three brothers, Leonard and Henry, both of Tulsa, and Paul of LeFlore, Oklahoma; one sister, Mrs. Wanda Brigance of Spiro; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jack Fortner, Estle Allison, John Dedmon, Claude Welch, Ben Owens and Jack Brown.
