It is listed that she can read but not write. It is listed that she had 9 children and 9 surviving), Jennie M. Daves (age 9), Kerney M. Daves (age 16 -- I am assuming this is Malcom) and Thomas E. Daves (age 14 -- I am assuming this is Elza Thomas or Thomas Elza).
1910 US Census has the following in the household in Noble, Ozark County, Missouri: Joseph K. Daves (age 61), Josaphene Daves (age 63) and Hernel Or Hersel M. Daves (age 25 -- this has at the top the name "Kenneth Daves")

1920 US Census has the following in the household in Noble, Ozark County, Missouri: Joseph K. Daves (age 70, born abt 1850 in Missouri, Father and mother both born in Kentucky), Josephine Daves (age 70, born abt 1850 in Missouri. Father and mother both born in Tennessee, not able to read or write), Mack Daves (age 35 - listed as single and a carpenter, able to read and write) and Elza T. Daves (age 33, male, born abt 1887 in Missouri)
Wife: Margie Midkiff (married on Oct. 25, 1926 in Kittitas County, Washington). He was 43 years old at the time of their marriage. The Marriage License lists his full name as "Mack Daves." There were no children in this marriage.
1927 -- listed as living at 345 Kipling in Palo Alto, California with wife Marjories Daves. From the Palo Alto City Directory.
1930 US Census lists the following in the household in Parker, Yakima County, WA: Kenneth M. Daves (age 46), Marjie Daves (age 40), John Medhiff (age 19) an Dorthy Medhiff (age 16). He lists his father and his mother's birthplace as Missouri, as well as his own.
1935: From the 1940 US Census, it is listed that he lived in Wapato, Yakima County, WA.
His place of birth is from his 1942 WWII Draft Registration Card. His name is listed as Malcolm Kenneth Daves with his date of birth as Aug 9, 1883. His residence is listed as Grandview, Washington. "Name of Person who will always know your address: Mrs. Marjorie Daves" in Grandview, WA. He signed it "Mack Daves." Everything is very clearly written on this form. It says that he was 59 years old at the time it was filled out.
1940 US Census has the following in the household in South Grandview, Yakima County, WA (it lists that in 1935 they were living in Wapato, Yakima County, WA): Kenneth M. Davis (age 56) and Margie E. Davis (age 49).
He died at the age of 88 years and 6 months due to heart problems.
