The birthplace of Henry Wolary is not known but he married Elizabeth Rogers in Frederick Co., VA on October 17, 1811. Henry and Elizabeth were married by Eli Hinkle. Henry is believed to have been in the War of 1812. Henry's first four children were born in Virginia and about 1820 moved his family to Clinton Co., OH near Wilmington where he farmed. About 1836 Henry bought land in Allen Co., OH that later would be in Auglaize County after 1838 and moved his family to a farm near the town of Uniopolis. It is thought that Henry died at Evan Rogers', his brother-in-law's, house near Gainesboro, VA.
