QUESENBERRY, Dennis Morgan, 57, of Route 4, Hillsville, passed away Thursday, September 4, 1997, at his home.

He was born December 5, 1939 in Wythe County. He is survived by his wife, Betty Quesenberry, Austinville; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and David Waller, Max Meadows; mother, Opal Quesenberry, Hillsville; brother and sister-in-law, Nelson and Carolyn Quesenberry, Pulaski; sisters and brothers-in-law, Delores and Garland Parks, Saltville, Mary Frances and Bob Kell, Hillsville, Janice and Cleo Surratt, Mt. Airy, N.C.; several nieces; nephews; and many friends.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, September 7, 1997, at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Elva Mullins and Rev. Norman Goad officiating.

Interment will be in Quesenberry Cemetery.

Confederate Rites will be conducted at the graveside by Jubal Early SCV Camp 1691.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.
