William Andrew "Andy" Foley, 27, lost his battle with a rare cancer (DSRCT) on his heart Wednesday, November 26, 2008.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 6, 1981 to Gary and Marie Foley.
Andy attended Center Grove Baptist Church in Phlox, IN. He was an avid outdoorsman and Ozzy fan. He loved tattoos and lived his life to the fullest every day.
He is survived by his parents Gary and Marie (Eldridge) Foley of Elwood; two sisters, Kelli and husband Tim Hensley of Baxter, KY and Kristen Foley and James of Harlan, KY; a brother, Gary Foley Jr. of Elwood; Grandparents, Opal Campbell of Harlan, KY and Ray and Ruby Iten of Columbus, OH; nephews, Tyler Foley of Pendleton, IN and Nathan Foley of Harlan, KY, and Kenton Hensley of Baxter, KY; a niece, Kimberlyn Bargo of Harlan, KY; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; special aunt and uncle, Rick and Mabel Shuler of Elwood, IN; special cousins, Matt Shuler and Rachel Hickey of Elwood, IN.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Floyd and Lola Eldridge, and Clarence Foley
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2008 at Dunnichay Funeral Home in Elwood, IN, with the Rev. Jim Sharber of the Center Grove Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at the Elwood City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the funeral home.
