OBITUARY
Stafford - Maurine Frances McMillan, 78, died Feb. 18, 1997 at Pomerado Hospital, Poway, Calif.
She was born Sep. 7, 1918, in rural Zenith, the daughter of
Clarence F. and Linnie Richardson Krey. A resident of Rancho Bernardo, Calif., she had been a long-time resident of Stafford. She attended Stevens College at Columbia, Mo., and the University of Kansas. She was a homemaker.
On Jan. 2, 1938, she married Duane McMillan at Stafford. He died Dec. 8, 1982.
Survivors include: a brother, Fred Krey, Rancho Bernardo; a sister, Wanda A. Kelley, Palm Desert, Calif.; a nephew Clarence Frederick Krey, Jr., Corte Madera, Calif.; a niece, Debora Ann Krey, Marina Del Rey, Calif.; and a grandniece, Colette Ann Krey, Corte Madera.
Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday Feb. 24, at Minnis Chapel, Stafford with the Rev. Karen Ault presiding. Burial was in the Stafford Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association in care of Minnis Chapel, Stafford.
