Miles H. Royer, a retired office equipment salesman, died Thursday at Multnomah hospital.
Mr. Royer was born in Arlington, Kan., November 11, 1886, and he had been a resident of Oregon for the past 40 years. He was a member of United Presbyterian church in Multnomah.
His funeral will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Colonial mortuary with burial at Riverview cemetery.
Survivors include the widow, Mary T.; a daughter, Mrs. Frances V. Avery of Salem; one grandson; and three brothers, George of Kansas City, Mo.; Walter of Indianapolis, Ind., and Leslie of Beaver, Pa. (The Oregonian, 26 Jan 1958)
