RODENBECK, Jeffrey Schele 53, of Clawson, Michigan, died July 20, 2010. He is survived by Suzanne Rodenbeck, wife; Andrew and Elizabeth Rodenbeck, children; Paul (Julia) Rodenbeck, father; Nancy (Charles) Schottler, sister; Stephen (Anna) and John Rodenbeck, brothers. Preceded in death by Phyllis Rodenbeck, mother, and Todd Rodenbeck, brother. Jeff grad- uated from Alter High School in 1975 and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron. He began his career with Erie Engineering and later received Recognition of Excellence from Ford Motor Company in 1993. His latest position with General Motors involved frequent travel to Taiwan, China, Japan and Mexico City to start-up factory assembly lines. He also designed new applications for low energy brushless motors for the automotive industry. One of Jeff's many interests was an extensive collection of Lionel Model Trains. A private memorial service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: "Jeff Rodenbeck Children Education Fund" at any branch of Fifth Third Bank.
