Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday la the Madera Funeral Home Chapal for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Gilliland, 83, who died at her home. 302 North A street, Sunday at 3:30 p m. She was a native of Nebraska and had lived in Madera County for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Madera. Her survivors include one daughter. Mrs. Loretta Duncan. Madera; two sons, George and William Gilliland, Madera; two sisters, Mrs. Alexander McGregor, Chowchilla; Mrs. Joseph Phillip Pete, Nebraska: 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. Interment will be in Arbor Vitae Cemetery with the Madera Funeral Home In charge of arrangements.
