On April 19,1938 he married Marguerite Petersen at Atwood. They returned to McCook where he was employed by Volentine Auto and in 1947, Budig Motor Co.,as a auto body repairman,retiring in 1979.
He was a life member of the Mccook Elks lodge and Good Sam's Camping Club.
Preceding him in death were his parents and brother
Earl and a sister Arlene.
Survivors include his wife of Mccook;one daughter, Carolyn and husband Claude Miller, of Colby,Kansas;one sone Jerry Corder and wife Lillie,of Mccook;three bothers,Dale Corder,and wife Alice,and John Corder and wife,Dorthy,all of McCook,and Marvin Corder and wife,Orian, of Glenwood,Ill.;two sisters, Leila and husband, Edward Branscome of San Diego, Calif., and Gwendolyn and husband,Tobias Deviers of Arapahoe; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
