___Dorothy Brown, 54, of Grant City, formerly of Des Moines, died of cancer Tuesday in Albany, MO. Services will be at 2:30 PM Friday at Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home with burial at Kirk Cemetery in Allendale, MO.
___Mrs. Brown was born in Booneville, IA and had lived in Des Moines before moving to Grant City two years ago. She was a homemaker.
___Survivors include three sons, Dale Jr of Grant City, George of Hatfield, MO, and Gary of West Des Moines; a daughter, Doris Campbell of Des Moines, six brothers, Robert Burch, Wayne Burch, Paul Burch, all of West Des Moines, Bernard Burch Jr of Des Moines, Joe Burch of Cumming, and Jerry Burch of Lakewood; five sisters, Marjorie McBurney and Dorene Neal, both of West Des Moines, and Ruth Peacock, Fran Thompson, and Pauline Legg, all of Des Moines; and 17 grandchildren.
___A rosary will be recited at 5:30 PM today at the funeral home.
