___Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Dorothy; one daughter, Doris Campbell of Des Moines; three sons, Dale Jr. of Grant City, MO., George of Des Moines, IA, and Gary of West Des Moines, IA; two brothers, Oscar Brown of Knoxville, IA, and Vibert Brown of Salina, KS.; four sisters, Helena Williams of Eldora, IA., Ila Godfrey of Green Castle, MO., Inez Slinker of Conrad, IA., and Martha Godfrey of Baxter, IA.; 15 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
___Funeral services were held from Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home on Monday, July 15, conducted by the Rev. Paul A. Burch. Interment was in Kirk Cemetery.
