**in Dad's Will in 1891 he got an 1/8th but it was to maintain his 2 (?seems he had 3 boys as of 1891 but maybe Will was written in 1885 before the 3rd boy was born) children as he got the family farm and was living there.
***age based on census info: age 6 in 1850, age 16 in 1860 with parents, age 25 in 1870 with parents, 36 in 1880 with parents, so age in obit was just a guess.
In the 1860 census his name was Hiram Jr.. but in others it was Thomas.

Mr. Thomas Bradshaw, son of Mr. Hiram Bradshaw, died at his home near town, Monday morning, of consumption, after a lingering illness of several months duration. A wife and two children survive him. He was about forty years of age. The funeral was preached at four o'clock yesterday evening at the deceased's late home after which the remains were interred in the family burying ground.

He was a kind hearted and just man, much esteemed by all (who) knew him. He died in the full assurance of the Christian faith. His funeral services on Tuesday were conducted at his request by Prof. Jno. Aug. Williams in the presence of many friends.
